  • If your application is selected, you'll be invited to a first stage assessment
  • Our preliminary interviews are usually video recordings, but could also include technical or personality online assessments.

  • If your preliminary interview is successful, you will be invited to the final interview stage.
  • You will join a panel interview session with 4 to 6 interviewers in a virtual or in-person setting.

Step 4: Offer

  • Congratulations! You will receive a tentative offer that will become official upon successful completion of the medical and security clearances process.
  • The security clearance process can be lengthy depending on your nation and is managed entirely by the relevant National Security Authority.
