Terms and Conditions


Standalone Purchase Orders (POs)

  1. Standalone POs are for those procurements not accompanied by either the Contract General or Special Provisions.
    For example:
    1. POs as a result of a 3- or 5- tender competitions; or
    2. procurements below 160K€; or
    3. requirements that have a low level of complexity (specifically COTS supplies and services) with a value that is above 160K€.
  2. The standalone PO Terms & Conditions is:
    1. applicable to purchases in any of these categories: (i) Hardware; (ii) Services (Non-Software); and (iii) Software/Licenses and Associated Services.
    2. used for purchases that cover just one of these categories or a combination thereof.
  3. The Core Terms and Conditions are applicable to all orders made by the Purchaser.

Security Directive

  1. The Directive on Classified Project and Industrial Security is binding and mandatory in nature for NATO member nations, commands and agencies. In relation to the NCI Agency business opportunities, Appendices 3 and 4 to the Directive are especially important, as these provides the minimum measures required for the protection of information classified as NATO RESTRICTED.
