ORACLE APPLICATION SERVICES
The NCI Agency hereby notifies the NATO Nations of its intent to invite bids to compete for and establish a flexible framework for the provision of Oracle Application Services, within which the Purchaser can submit Requests for Task Order Proposals (RFTOP) on an as required basis. In addition, within the scope of this IFB the Agency would like to launch three particular RFTOPs.
