Mr Murray Davidson joined the Agency on 1 February 2016 as the new Director for Service Strategy and Director of Organizational Change.
Prior to joining the Agency, Mr Davidson worked in a variety of private and public organisations including fourteen years at the European Space Agency. For the last nine years he worked in the Public Sector of IBM Global Business Services where he led the Defence and Security practice in the Benelux, delivering a variety of solutions and change management programmes to Defence, NATO and other security and public safety clients as well as leading large and complex engagements with a number of other public sector clients. He led IBM's Public Sector consulting practice in the Netherlands between 2010 and 2011.
