The Meritorious Service Medal (MSM), NATO's highest honour, is awarded to NATO employees in recognition of their service to NATO, and their outstanding operational and non-operational work. The MSM was first awarded in 2003 and is given to fewer than 50 individual NATO employees each year.
In October 2022, NCI Agency General Manager Ludwig Decamps had the pleasure of presenting four Agency staff members with NATO Meritorious Service Medals at the ceremony held in NATO HQ, in Brussels, Belgium. We interviewed each one of the awardees to find out more about the incredible work they have done at the Agency.
