The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) awarded a contract valued at 8.83 million EUR to UNI Business Centre for end-user equipment such as workstations, laptops and monitors.

The equipment will become part of NATO's Deployable Communications and Information Systems (DCIS) equipment pool, which is used for NATO missions and exercises. The equipment will be available for use by NATO forces, including the NATO Response Force (NRF). The pool includes services that enable collaboration between headquarters and deployed forces.

"This project provides additional essential equipment to NATO for use in operations and exercises," said Senior Project Manager Kayhan Vardareri, Network Services and IT Infrastructure. "Projects such as these are essential to ensure NATO remains ready to protect nearly 1 billion citizens."

This contract provides several different kinds of equipment, including workstations, laptops, monitors, multi-functional devices and deployable video teleconference systems.
