The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is looking to partner with industry for the provision of professional corporate event services for future events in the area of C4ISR and defence.
The service provider will support the successful organization and operation of the NCI Agency's flagship event. The first event to be executed under the prospective contract is foreseen for the final quarter of 2024.
The NCI Agency will be launching an Invitation for Bid shortly. If your company has relevant experience in large corporate events management and is interested in taking part in the upcoming bidding opportunity, you are encouraged to carefully read the Notification of Intent and request to be nominated for this procurement opportunity through your national authority to NATO not later than 11 April 2023.
