In honour of International Women's Day on 8 March 2021, we asked three staff members at the NATO Communications and Information (NCI) Agency about their careers, and how they choose to challenge gender biases and inequalities.
The NCI Agency is NATO's team of technology and cyber experts. They are a mix of civilians, military personnel, and contractors from Nations across the Alliance, with expertise in a wide range of areas, from data analytics to business planning.
