Ensuring that communications work correctly within the NCI Agency is one of Flight Sergeant Veronica Trujillo's duties at the Combined Air Operation Center (CAOC) in Torrejón, Spain. As a technician, she repairs, replaces and rebuilds hardware systems to allow the Agency users to work more efficiently.
